With more than 25 years in the broadband industry, he is leveraging his extensive connectivity background to lead the highly-skilled team of engineers to develop customized solutions for network operators; exceed customer demand for connectivity with the product team; while building an integrated procurement team to support Netceed’s North America Product, Procurement, and Technology departments.

Yvette Panno

SVP of Human Resources

Yvette holds a master’s degree in human resources with a PHR certificate after graduating from Stony Brook University and Boston University School of Communication majoring in Broadcasting/English. She has focused her 30-year career in telecommunications with senior roles in Human Resources including Regional Director of Human Resources with both Altice and Cablevision.

She joined Netceed in 2017 and partners closely with the CEO to shape cultural change overseeing the strategic centers of excellence in talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, employee relations, internal communications, and performance management throughout Netceed’s growth and integrations in the United States.

Tom Kane

SVP of Sales

Tom brings over 30 years of telecommunications, and Information and Communication Technology experience to Netceed. He began his career in Field Systems Engineering and Program Management roles with Metscan Inc., Ziff-Davis, and Electronic Data Systems. Tom joined what is now Netceed’s North Carolina branch in 1998, and was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2005.

In 2022, he was named Senior Vice President of Sales, where he leads a team of knowledgeable and experienced industry experts responsible for driving growth throughout North America.

Claudia Cesaire

VP of Finance

Claudia studied Accounting and Finance in Paris, and holds a bachelor’s degree. She spent 14 years as an Accounting Associate at a notable accounting firm prior to joining Netceed.‍

She brought her financial mastery to Netceed in 2016, and currently leads the corporate finance and accounting departments for North America.

Frederico Ramalho

SVP of Operations

Frederico holds a Master’s degree in Management and Industrial Engineering from ISCTE Business School in Portugal, where he also completed an Advanced Management program. He provided his logistics and continuous improvement expertise to the automotive sector before transitioning to the telecom industry where he has over 15 years of experience in operations and supply chain management.

Frederico joined Netceed in 2017, bringing his operations mastery and Lean Six Sigma training to support the organization’s operational set up and expansion in the U.S. market, overseeing all North America operations, supply chain, facilities, and safety & compliance.

After graduating with a Commercial Sciences & Marketing Master’s degree (Belgium), Laurent has spent his career mastering the Supply Chain, mainly within the Telecommunications & Automotive sectors.

He brings his 25+ years of professional experience and expertise to ETC Group as Chief Operating Officer as of 2020, where he supports the company’s constant growth by developing dynamic operational structure, and capturing new business opportunities while positioning ETC Group for future expansion.

João Figueiredo

Executive Manager, Netceed Innovations

João holds degrees in Electronics Engineering from Reding University UK, and Electronics and Telecommunications from University of Aveiro PT. Prior to joining Netceed in 2020, João leveraged his nearly 30 years of professional experience leading the Infrastructures department at Altice Labs, working as a Telecom Network Infrastructures Business Strategy specialist across Multinational projects, and collaborating with telecom operators for FTTH in project management roles in Brazil, Angola, Cape Verde, São Tomé and Principe, Morocco, Columbia, Namibia, Timor, and Libya.

João is currently Netceed’s forward-thinking Research & Development Director and co-founder of Netceed Innovations, overseeing research, development, testing, and production for the global group.
